- I liked the concept of this episode. There is a festival going on, and Balsa doesn’t want to go to it for fear of getting spotted so soon after they just settled down. It makes for a little foreshadowing that the peace we’ve seen the past few episodes is about to end.

The Benizakura arc is indeed over, and this episode starts out with a 3 minute tribute to the arc with the full version of the ending theme Shura being played. Yeah the Benizakura arc was that good! Too bad it was so short. But life goes on in the samurai country. Looks like Ootsu-chan is ready to finally release a compilation album!
I want to thank Calabolg for writing the weekly summary for me. I ended up doing some too for the other shows that I watched this week. Cala and I are going to be doing posts for individual shows now as that seems to be easier than doing a big lump once a week. Kicking off that will be Claymore, shown above~
